Felipe vuelve a casa con las ovejas sonando
On October 23th, 1999, a sound action took place in Bercianos Camino Real (Leon) played by three hundred yearling sheep equipped almost entirely of bells. The collaboration of the musician Nilo Gallego and the shepherd Felipe Quintana made this sheep concert possible. In the title: Felipe comes home with the sheep sounding, two intentions are described: respect for the daily “action” of shepherd and herd, besides stepping up their sound by increasing the number of bells. Thus the daily return was unique, taking on the value of musical action. Naturally, like any musical proposal, public was present, and necessarily active here since the moving of herd.

Felipe vuelve a casa con las ovejas sonando. Un proyecto de Nilo Gallego basado en una idea original de Felipe Quintana, organizado y producido por el Centro de Operaciones Land Art El Apeadero.
Intérpretes: Felipe Quintana y su rebaño compuesto por 296 ovejas churras con 296 cencerros (16 zumbos  apucherados, 30 cencerras pedreras, 25 cencerras largas,  35 cencerras cortas, 40 piquetas, 59 esquilas, 75 esquilines y 1 superzumbo).
